We have a 30-day exchange policy on physical goods, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request an exchange. All sales are final on classes and workshops - no exchanges or refunds. If a class/s has to be cancelled due to a local weather or health emergency we will reschedule.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start an exchange, you can contact us at email@example.com. Please note that exchanges will need to be sent to the following address: Donna Hiebert Artist, 72 James St North, Hamilton, ON, L8R 2K5.
If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept exchanges on sale items or gift cards.
