Donna Hiebert Artist College/University Ring Lifetime Limited Warranty

The following services will be performed for the original owner of this ring:

Resizing:

If we make a sizing error:

Donna Hiebert Artist is careful to ensure that your ring is the right size for you. If we made a size error and your ring is not the size you requested, we will resize or replace rings made of gold and continuum alloys at no charge, including shipping the ring back to you. If we made a size error for a stainless ring, we will replace free of charge, including shipping. You must send your original ring back to us.

If you make a sizing error:

For stainless alloy rings: within 30 days of receiving your ring we offer a remake for 50% of the current retail price of the ring, plus current standard shipping charge. Your original ring must be returned to qualify for this offer within 30 days of purchase. 

For 14k gold and Continuum alloy rings: we will resize at a fee competitive with the current market for ring resizing. Your ring must be sent back to us insured for the retail value of your ring. Please contact Donna Hiebert at: donna@donnahiebert.com for a quote for resizing and shipping before you send your ring back to us.

Any defects in materials or workmanship of the ring that are present at the time of original delivery will be repaired or replaced, at Donna Hiebert Artists option, without charge. You must ship your ring to us in order to qualify for repair or replacement.

Your Donna Hiebert Artist College/University Ring Lifetime Limited Warranty is void if any work is performed on the ring by anyone other than Donna Hiebert Artist.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THIS WARRANTY, AND THE REMEDIES SET FORTH HEREIN ARE EXCLUSIVE AND EXPRESSLY IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IF DONNA HIEBERT DESIGN CANNOT DISCLAIM OR EXCLUDE IMPLIED WARRANTIES UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, THEN TO THE EXTENT POSSIBLE ANY CLAIMS UNDER ANY SUCH IMPLIED WARRANTIES SHALL EXPIRE ON EXPIRATION OF THE APPLICABLE WARRANTY PERIOD. SOME PROVINCES DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON HOW LONG AN IMPLIED WARRANTY LASTS, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from province-to-province.

Rings needing repairs/resizing/replacement must be returned insured and signature required to the address specified upon contacting us. Please include your order #, the return mailing address, email address, and phone number. Please ship your ring in a sturdy bubble-wrap mailer or box. DO NOT ship your ring in a letter envelope.
